Renegade 7 is an outdoor, covered barbell & conditioning gym in Almancil, Algarve. We've built something different — a gritty, community-focused training floor where serious athletes and beginners train side by side.
We're not a globo gym. We're not a franchise. We're a community of people who love to lift, compete, and recover together. The gym is covered but open to the elements — the way training should feel.
Post-session sauna, quarterly competitions, monthly rucking, and bespoke fitness holidays — all built around the same ethos: train hard, recover better, have fun doing it.
